  1. Deepen math teacher leaders’ mathematical content knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, and leadership skills
  2. Support teacher leaders and principals in building teacher capacity for math teaching and learning through job-embedded professional learning and systems in their schools
  3. Foster a sustained network of engaged partners
